My passport number is EM1900495. I applied for a student visa renewal. It has been more than 14 working days since the 80% was reached, but there is still no progress. The person who submitted the application at the same time has reached 100%. I have sent you an urgent email through the school. Could you please help me process it as soon as possible?   As checked, we submitted your passport to Immigration on 7 June 2024. The endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days, however, the approval is solely at Immigration’s discretion.
