My name is Lixiang, and my passport number is EL2611610. It has been over 3 weeks (14 working days) since the EMGS received my passport, yet the status of my renewal is still stuck at 80%. This situation is causing me a great deal of anxiety. I entreat your assistance in expediting my renewal process.Thank you very much for your help!

  Please be advised that your passport is pending at the Immigration Department for Student Pass sticker endorsement. Kindly note, the approval is solely at the discretion of Immigration. Rest assured, we will notify you once the student pass is issued by the Immigration Department.
