Dear EMGS Officer,
EMGS has received my passport since 14/05/24. It has been more than 2 weeks since then and the progress had been stuck at 80% until now.
May I know the status of my application? (#########) passport (# CP1849514).

  Hi, Aneela Junaid.
  Please be advised that your passport has been in progress with the Immigration Department since 28 May 2024 for Student Pass sticker endorsement. The process takes approximately 14 working days from the date we receive the passport which is from 21 May 2024. Therefore, allow Immigration some time to proceed with the endorsement. Any updates on the application will be notified accordingly.
