My passport number is TT3131669
I will be graduating in june 24 from sunway college cimp. I want to join Monash University Malaysia in july intake. there is less than a month from the date of my cimp to the date of my admission. Therefore I would like to apply for a Special Pass.
Where can I apply for a special pass?
What exactly is the effect of that?
Do I have to cancel my previous visa before I can apply for it?
Can I enter from an any other country or own country after getting the special pass?
OR
If the special pass is not valid, can I graduate in mid-June and enter in mid-July?
Please let me know the procedure.

  Hi Akane,
  
  As per checked in the system, your student pass will be valid until August 2024. Since you will be joining Monash University in July, you don’t need special pass. Once your VAL approve for the progression application, you can shorten your current student pass and proceed with student pass endorsement. Kindly take note that progression application, student can remain in Malaysia. In the event your student pass almost expiring, Monash University need to apply special pass and if you do not receive eVALs approvals within the valid duration of the Special Pass, you will be required to exit Malaysia and only return once their eVAL has been approved.
