Good day, I’m Shakila Carissa with passport number E5649134. with the explanation answered by emgs yesterday. I have followed up with my institution, and they have submitted the documents directly to emgs. But, why is my progress still 15% yellow? please progress my val or visa, thank you🙏🏻
