Could you please provide an update on my visa renewal process? I’ve submitted my passport to university for visa renewal a little over a month ago.

  Hi.
  Kindly be informed that your passport with a special pass has been ready for collection since 23 May 2024. The institute is required to collect the passport and resubmit it to proceed with student pass endorsement. You may refer to the institution for further assistance on this matter.
