Dear EMGS Department Officer :
My name is Alaa Alamri , Passport NO: KZ1288254 , My visa has expired on May 18th and I have processed for renewal and you have my passport since 3rd of may, so the current progress is 80% at the immigration office . I need your help to get my passport soon as possible.

  Hi, Alaa Alamri.
  Please be advised that your passport has been in progress with the Immigration Department since 10 May 2024 for Student Pass sticker endorsement. The process takes approximately 14 working days from the date we receive the passport which is from 3 May 2024. Therefore, allow Immigration some time to proceed with the endorsement. Any updates on the application will be notified accordingly. Please note that you would not be charged for overstay as your passport is in progress with immigration.
