Dear officials ,
good afternoon ！I am Zheng Murong ,my passport number is EJ5473756 . I am very anxious about my passport ,please take your precious time to help me renew it . Staffs told me need 14 working days to deal with ,but there is nearly 14 working days passing . It is a pity that my current status is still 80% . I am anxiously looking forward to getting my passport back. And My baby is very young at home who is waiting for her mother ,so I really need your help sincerely .

  Hi, Zheng Murong.
  Please be advised that your passport has been in progress with the Immigration Department since 9 May 2024 for Student Pass sticker endorsement. The process takes approximately 14 working days from the date we receive the passport which is from 2 May 2024. Therefore, allow Immigration some time to proceed with the endorsement. Any updates on the application will be notified accordingly.
