Dear EMGS OFFICER,
Hope you are well.My name is ISLAM MD RAKIBUL.My passport number is A04986043.I verified my I-KAD on one of my device.There I see my insurance card. As my previous device is broken I can log in through my new device but now I can’t see the insurance card. What should I do to see the insurance card on my new device?
