My name is MA LIYANMU， my passport number is EJ2094999， my status remain 80% for more than two weeks， it’s already a long time since I submit my passport ，could you please speed my process?

  Kindly be informed that your passport has been submitted to the Immigration Department for Student Pass sticker endorsement since 30th of April 2024.
  Please be advised that institution is required to submit a cover letter with a supporting document to request the Immigration to expedite the process.
