Dear staff,
Good evening. I am a doctor from Cityu Malaysia and my passport number is EE2184722. I have submitted my passport to the school for renewal on April 19th, and the progress of the renewal has been shown to be 90% for one month. Can I confirm when I can complete the renewal and get my passport back? Please give me an answer. Thank you.

  Hi,
  Please be informed that this is self endorsement application. EMGS has submitted the document to Immigration for approval since the 29th of January 2024.
  
  Once Immigration approves the application, the institution is then required to submit the passport and liaise directly with respective immigration to proceed with the renewal of the student passes.
  
  Therefore kindly liaise directly with the respective institution for further assistance.
