I would like to ask how long it was take for getting visa when you submitted your passport to your University?
It takes from 3 weeks to 2 months
Hi ! I would like to ask. Is it true that we do not need to take pre-arrival medical screening if we apply for University of Malaya? Thanks in advance.
Yeah no need because it’s a public uni , when u arrive Malaysia before submitting your passport you will do the medical checkup
Oh I see. Can you please help me to check my flowchart below? I need assistance and guide but EMGS reply e-mails are not really help me.
Apply on EMGS site -> payment -> got VAL -> go to Malaysian Embassy -> got SEV -> depart to Malaysia -> registration at Malaya -> tuition payment -> medical screening -> submit passport -> got student visa.
Is that right? Thanks in advance
Thanks @m7md , that is very disappointing part. Waiting in that country for almost 1 month just for Visa. Because normally we should go back to bring our family. Do you think it is another way to be faster?
You submit your passport before it will be expired in 2 months so it will not be late

I was sent a mssg that I failed my medical screenings… I had typhoid… I was told to appeal… Yesterday I sent the document of appeal to them from my doctor that… M on treatment and recovering at a significant rate… Please I want to know if my appeal will be accepted
