Dear EMGS representatives, greetings.
My passport no is MF5544452, you received my passport (as the records show) on April 22nd. My concern that since April 26th the passport has been submitted to Immigration Department for sticker endorsement and since that date it’s still at 80% to the moment.Kindly can i know why it’s taking longer than expected? I know the process takes 14 working days to complete it and today already day 13 (considering only working days since April 22nd). I need to get the feedback as i am planning to travel to my country at the soonest.

  Please be informed that your passport currently is still in the progress with Immigration not EMGS. Kindly note that Immigration approximately 14 working days from the day we receive the passport. Kindly allow immigration time to process the application.We assure you that we will notify your institution once we receive an update on your passport.
