Hello，sir，My name is XUEHAIYING, my passport number is EJ4285870, my EMGS is 55% now, it has been more than one month since the beginning, I want to go home before the end of this month, some elderly people in my family are sick, I have been here for five months.

  As per checking, we received your passport on the 7th of May 2024 for the Student Pass endorsement process. The endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
