Dear Officer my passport number is Y7154367 my eVAL letter was submitted to immigration on 22/04 and it’s still pending my application is muddled at 35%. It’s already been 10 working days, when will I receive my eVAL letter as I need to go to the university at the earliest. Kindly help to resolve the issue.

  Hi.
  Your application for Visa Approval Letter (VAL) has been submitted to the Immigration Department of Malaysia for approval purposes. The issuance of your VAL is entirely at the discretion of the Immigration Department and it will take approximately 7 – 10 working days from 22/04/2024 for the application to progress to the next stage. Any updates will be notified accordingly.
