Hello sir/Madam.my name is He Jiao,and my passport number is EJ1515528.You received my passport on April 8th.It has been 16 working days now,and my progress is still 80%.I have to go back to work as soon as possible.Please help me.Thank you.

  Please be advised that your passport is pending at the Immigration Department for Student Pass sticker endorsement. Allow them some time to proceed with the endorsement. The approval is solely based on Immigration’s discretion. Any updates will be notified accordingly.
