I am writing to seek guidance regarding the submission of my updated offer letter to the EMGS portal.

My passport number is , and I have been monitoring my application status on the EMGS portal, which currently stands at 5%. Unfortunately, my original offer letter has expired, and the university has kindly provided me with an updated version for submission to the portal.

Could you please advise me on the process for uploading the updated offer letter? Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

  As per check, there is no application record under the passport number in our system. Kindly provide us with the correct passport number or application number to assist you accordingly.
