I am Eliza Farahdiba Saleh
Passport number E7171566
I would like to ask for help regarding the status of my application which is still being processed at immigration. I will go to Malaysia on May 3, but the status of my application is still being processed by immigration at a percentage of 35%. My trip from Kuala Lumpur to Kedah requires additional preparation, and I really hope for your help so that I can register my SEV and flight on time. Do you have any suggestions or can I contact a particular party so that it can be processed quickly?

  Hi, Eliza Farahdiba Saleh.
  Your application for a Visa Approval Letter (VAL) has been submitted to the Immigration Department of Malaysia on 25 April 2024 for approval purposes. The issuance of your VAL is entirely at the discretion of the Immigration Department and it will take approximately 7 – 10 working days from 25/04/2024 for the application to progress to the next stage. Any updates on the application will be notified accordingly.
