Dear Officer,

Good afternoon. I’m Yang Yue. My passport number is EC7249937. My visa status changed to 100% yellow today. My institution has submitted the documents and my passport to EMGS this morning. Please check it. Could you help me to check documents as soon as possible? May I know when my visa status can be restored to green. I’m in a hurry to get my passport. My grandfather is dying. He’s waiting for me to see him for the last time. I’m sorry for this trouble that I have caused. Thanks for your time.
