Dear EMGS, paspor number E5155708, Kharisma Dwi Ramadhani it’s been a month my emgs stuck in 35%. I stuck because offer letter document and confirmation letter, but I been sending from long time. My studies have even started. please process it as soon as possible

  Kindly be informed that as per checking, the Immigration Department of Malaysia is requesting the institute to submit confirmation letter which stated that the applicant is a transfer/exchange student from current university to the Malaysia university (IHE’s name mentioned) with the letterhead of the university from home country and the Immigration Department of Malaysia is requesting the institute to submit a new offer letter/deferment letter with the latest commencement date. As such, kindly refer to the institution for further assistance regarding this matter.
