Hello dear office,
I hope you are doing well. I am a student and I have started renewing my visa and the processing has now reached 20% and the color is green, but we are now in Saudi Arabia and I will travel to Yemen to visit my family on Eid and I will not be able to return to Malaysia until after Eid and my visa will have expired at that time. Can I send my passport with one of the travelers To Malaysia to renew it and wait here until the passport renewal is completed and I can send it back to me?

  Hi Ali,
  
  You are required to enter Malaysia physically to submit your passport. We are unable to accept passports from travelers.

    I hope you are doing well. My residency renewal has not reached 50% in order for me to hand in the passport, and my residency will already expire, and I am still outside Malaysia.
