If you have an urgent Issue, You can email them and attached the bording pass/ticket to emgs.

Kindly be informed that we are in the midst of processing your application. Once the vetting of your documents has been completed, we will submit the application to the Immigration Department for their approval. The decision to approve the eVAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. Rest assured, any update will be notified accordingly.
