Hi EMGS Offficer, my Passport AS1772642, I contacted my university and they submitted the pending personal bond, please guide how much time it will take now on to process the student pass, my special pass will be expired on 16 April also I have to travel back before that, please waiting for your kind response

  Kindly be informed that we received the personal bond from the institution. However, the duty stamp that is enclosed on the Personal Bond does not have the LHDN Stamp. As such, the institute is required to submit a new Personal Bond that has been duly stamped by LHDN. Therefore, you may refer to the institution for further assistance regarding this matter.
