Dear EMGS Officer,
My passport number is EL6363379, I saw my student visa renewal application is issued by the immigration department on 25th March. When can my institution get my passport, and when can I get it back? I would really appreciate it if your can help speed up the process, Thank you very much.

  Kindly be informed that your student pass has been issue by the Immigration. As such, we will notify your institution once the passport is ready for collection.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I know it has been issued, I just would like to know when it will be ready for collection, and if it can be a little bit faster.
