Dear EMGS Officer,
My name is Jonathan E0830459, today it’s the 14 th working day since the immigration received my passport on 4th march 2024. However the emgs officer said to me that the progress will be finished in 14 working day, but until today there is still no update about my renewal visa. Please do something about it, i need my passport as soon as possible because i need to go back to my country.

  Kindly be informed that the Immigration are in the midst of processing the student pass. Kindly allow Immigration some time to process, and we will notify the institution once the passport is ready for collection.
