Good morning EMGS officer, my wife dependant visa status is still stuck at 85% for 2 weeks. However her current visa (social pass) is going to end at 23 March 2024 after the submission of her passport since 4 March 2024. Please help to expedite her passport, because I am afraid she is gonna be penalized for overstay. Her passport mumber is E4862874 from Indonesia.

  Hi, Anang Syahbanu.
  Please be advised that your passport is pending at the Immigration Department for Dependent Pass sticker endorsement. Kindly note that your wife will not get penalized for overstaying because the passport is in progress with the Immigration Department. Rest assured, we will notify the institution once the passport is ready for collection.
