Hello, EMGS officer. I applied for a dependent visa and have already sent the original documents from my institution. It’s been two weeks and my progress is still 0%. Could you please look into this and see whether everything is fine?

  Kindly be informed that as per checking, there is payment transfer error. The amount should be RM[889.40] instead of RM[894.40]. The institute is required to submit the remaining balance of payment to proceed with this application. Kindly refer to the institution for further assistance regarding this matter.
