Hello officer, I am Ahmad khasawneh. My passport number is S0410044. My order has been stuck at 35% since one month. it has been a long time. Many friend requests reached 35-70% completion within 4-5 days. Please give me an update regarding my order. thank you sir.

  Kindly be informed that the Immigration Department of Malaysia is requesting the institute to submit a new offer letter/deferment letter with the latest commencement date or submit an explanation letter stating the latest commencement month/date for the intake. As such, kindly refer to the institution for further assistance regarding this matter.
