Dear officer: my passport number:E 59469053. My visa renewal process is stuck at 80% since 29th February, and it has been 12working days from submitting my passport on 22th February. So when will it be update and finished? I am very anxious to get my passport asap, please help! Thank you so much for your assistance!

  Hi,
  
  Kindly be informed that we received your passport on 22 February 2024 for the Student Pass endorsement process. The endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. We will notify your institution once the passport is ready for collection.
