I am from Pakistan. While filling in the form for E Val, I paid MR 468 in the pretext of Medical Insurance. Please provide me statement for purchase of Medical Insurance through EMGS. Because my university has added in the fee structure a sum of MR 400 as medical insurance. please do necessary in this regard so that I may submit my passport to visa unit for issuing me multiple entry visa.
