You can ask from EMGS by email. I couldn’t find anything about Refund.

They’ll refund the fees which have not been processed (like medical, insurance etc). EMGS Processing fee (1000) is not refunded.
I’m with Jahan on this one, email EMGS to get better details

One thing I learned is that you can refund your fee only through your Institute so your Institute or EMGS can tell the exact amount.
