Dear Officer,
Hello! My passport number is EJ3955749. I submitted it to the department of international affairs of UiTM on 26th January, 2024. But the application status is still pending now. The UiTM told me because of wrong date on the latest entry page which is given by the Customs. Therefore, it is still pending and they ask me to keep on waiting. However, I have waited for several weeks. I want to know what Ican do and what I should do besides waiting? Shall I get my passport back to the Customs to change the entry date at the airport? I have got the return flight ticket. Please help me. Tell me what I can do now. It makes me so anxious. I do really appreciate if you could give me some information.

  Kindly be advised to liaise with your institution for further updates and assistance regarding this issue as we can only resume processing the endorsement of your student pass once we receive the complete document from the institution.
