Dear EMGS officer
I am a Pakistani living in Japan. I have been enrolled in Unikl MIAT. 3 days ago I applied for eVisa as per instructed by Mr Shahrul nizam, I submitted the eVal provided by Mr shahrul nizam. But the very next day, I received an email from eVisa, requesting an amendment in my eVal. Their response is quoted as follows;

“Visa Approval Letter
Comments : Your visa issuance place
in Visa Approval letter is Pakistan.
Kindly contact EMGS to change the
visa issuance place if you are
applying from Japan.”

Actually while I was applying for my eVAL, I was supposed to go back to Pakistan because my stay here was ending, so I provided my Pakistani address while submitting my documents to EMGS. But I received an extension from the Japanese immigration and as soon as I received the extension, I reported to EMGS through email to update my local address and provided them my Japanese address along with my Japanese residence card. Later on when I received my eVAL the place of Visa issuance was written as Pakistan. I reported this issue to Mr Shahrul nizam but he advised me to apply for eVisa so that I don’t have to visit the embassy at all. I did as he said, but now the eVISA is asking me for address correction in eVAL as mentioned in their comment above. I am supposed to submit this document till 2nd March otherwise my visa application will be rejected.
Kindly assist me as soon as possible.
