Dear officer
Please help me out. Still my application is 35. 14 working days passed and still nothing. Even in the system says 10 days working days maximum. We called and you said May take up to 14 working days. Still nothing. Why it is like that? Why they take so much time for my application ?
Please help me out in this situation . I am so stressed. My visa here is expiring this week and my classes have started few weeks back. Please seriously do something about it.

  We understand that the process has taken longer than usual. We will look into this matter. Rest assured, we will notify you once the VAL was approved by the Immigration Department.

    Please do something about it. Whatever it is possible to do. Even if I have to follow up in another way just tell me I will do my best.
    I really appreciate your cooperation but I am super stressed.
    Thank you. Please any result any answer from immigration . At least when it is gonna be something that I can have some idea about it.
