Dear EMGS, I am Tony studying at UKM and required to renew my student visa. I already paid required fees on 19th Feb and my application status is showing 0%. I went to UKM and they mentioned that EMGS needs to verify payment. I emailed both EMGS and UKM with relevant documents, that I paid EMGS and also UKM fees. Really appreciate it if you can update status so that I can submit my passport. Please help

    Thank you sir for your reply. I already sent email to EMGS with my passport number and application number and full name. I am visiting UKM tomorrow sir please try to help me so that I can submit my passport to UKM
