Hello, EMGS officer:
My name is Jiang Haocheng and my passport number is EK5668219.
I submitted my passport on January 30th and the current status is 100%, but it has not been completed.
Can I receive my passport on March 1st? I will be returning to my home country on March 5th, and the flight schedule has already been booked. As my child is about to be born, I don’t want to miss this happy and precious moment.
Could you also help me check and push forward? Thank you again🙏

  Please be informed that we already provided the supporting letter to your institution for the student pass endorsement process. Kindly note that your institution will issue your student pass at the state Immigration. Therefore, you may liaise with them for further updates on your passport.
