Dear EMGS officer, I’m Grace Trimareta and my passport number is E0221659. I wanted to ask about my EMGS progress that has been stuck at 32 percent for 10 days. I’d like to ask if you can speed up the progress because my class is commenced in 26th February and I need to get my eVAL as soon as possible to ask for my student visa. Sorry for the inconvenience but I really short on time. Thank you so much.

  Hi, Grace Trimareta.
  As per check, your application is currently pending with the Immigration Department as we have submitted your documents to them since 29 January 2024. This process takes approximately 7-10 working days from the date of submission. Allow Immigration time to approve your application. Rest assured, any updates will be notified accordingly.
