Dear Officer,

This is SunHaonan from China, passport number ########, one student in UM, I plan to arrived Malaysia this month, but I lost my Eval letter and I cannot download it from the website, so I cannot apply for evisa. Could you check the number for me please?

  Hi, Sun Haonan. As per check, your application has been closed since 25 January 2023 due to non-submission of documents after 90 days. Therefore, there was no issuance of a new eVAL to you. You may liaise with the institution for further clarification. Have a good day.
