Dear EMGS Team,
My passport is EJ3847285. I appreciate your hard work, and I’m grateful that my student visa renewal has been successfully processed up to 90%. Could you please arrange to return my passport to the school today so that I can pick it up tomorrow, on the 9th?
The school will be on holiday from the 10th to the 12th, and my visa is set to expire on February 12th. If I am unable to retrieve my passport before the 9th, would this be considered an illegal overstay? I hope you can assist me.

  Your passport was returned to EMGS by the Immigration Department. We will notify your institute once the passport is ready for collection.
