Dear emgs, my passport E62739851,please help me complete the next step as soon as possible and let my institution get my passport back. The counter of my institution is not open and I am not allowed to get my passport. I am running out of time. My grandfather is racing against death. Special thanks.

  Your passport with the student pass is ready for collection. Kindly liaise with your institution and request that they collect the passport at the EMGS one-stop center.
