Dear EMGS officer,

My name is Lin Bixin with the passport number of EF9311585. I got my passport with the updated student pass on January 22nd. Until now I have not obtained my insurance card. May I know when the insurance card will be issued for my case? I am in an urgent need of it. Your prompt reply will be highly appreciated.

  Based on our records, your medical card was collected by the institution representative on 29th January 2024. As such, kindly liaise with your institution for further assistance on your insurance card status.
