Hi,
To get a PIN for your Digital ID, you can follow these steps:
1. Open the EMGS mobile app on your phone.
2. Select the “Digital ID” icon from the list of icons at the bottom of the screen.
3. On the Digital ID page, you will find an option to generate a PIN.
4. Click on the “Generate PIN” button.
5. You will be prompted to enter your registered mobile number.
6. Once you enter your mobile number, a PIN will be sent to that number via SMS.
7. Retrieve the PIN from the SMS and enter it in the app to complete the process. If you are still having trouble getting the PIN for your Digital ID, I recommend contacting the support team for further assistance.
