Hi emgs officer, what is meant by 80% yellow? Alhumdolillah I have got my EVAL, now will book my appointment for SEV in my home country Dubai, UAE. Then only I can enter Malaysia, so plx guide me anything else I need to submit it to you before coming to Malaysia? My passport number is AL8153124. & I do not need to apply for MDAC? Kindly guide me.

  Kindly be informed that your eVAL has been approved and is ready for download. Kindly note that once your eVAL has been approved, you are required to obtain SEV from the Malaysia embassy at United Arab Emirates, Dubai. Effective 1st January 2024, completion of MDAC will be mandatory. International students must complete the MDAC online through the Immigration Department website: https://imigresen-online.imi.gov.my/mdac/main?register
