Hi there,
Passport number: #########
Since my university (Monash) is a tier 6 university, I have been informed by my university that university representatives are not required to clear students at immigration.
So no representatives from my university will meet me at the airport.

So for the QR code I must scan to check-in for ‘Institution Representative’ under the post-arrival steps on the EMGS app, what should I do?

  Kindly be informed that if there is no representative present at the airport, you are not required to scan in the EMGS mobile apps.
