My name is YANG XIANGKUN, PASSPORT is EJ3096026.I am a new student of UPM. I’m sorry to bother you but it has been a long time since my documents were submitted, the progress is still 35%. The ticket to Kuala Lumpur is on January 21st.
Could you please help me with that?

  Kindly be informed that your application was submitted to the Immigration Department for the issuance of the VAL. Kindly allow Immigration some time to process and rest assured any update will be notified accordingly.
