Dear officer,

My passport number is EJ4390888，my visa renewal status is at 80% since Jan. 11th. My friend’s status has been at 90%, who submitted her passport later than me for two days. Would you please help me to expedite my visa renewal process? Thank you very much.

  Hi Peng Changhong,
  
  Kindly be informed that your passport has been submitted to the Immigration Department for Student Pass sticker endorsement. Unfortunately, at this stage of the application, we are unable to expedite the process as it is still within the processing agreement. Student Pass approval is at the sole discretion of the Immigration Department of Malaysia.
