Dear EMGS Officer,
When I asked for the progress of my val, I was told that emgs is waiting for my institution to send additional documents. My institution has informed me that they sent the relevant documents before I was told that emgs is waiting. It’s been over a week now, yet no update on my application. Pls advise on what to do next.
