Dear Officer,
Can you follow up my case. I’m having a progression application, it has been yellow for 3 months already as it says: I need to cancel my active application please. And you will find all requested information in below. I really need and appreciate it.
My passport number is A28017745 and my case is “We regret to inform you that we are unable to proceed with this application as the Immigration Department of Malaysia system shows an active application linked to this passport number (Reference no: BVP/STU/01291/#########/1 28/08/2023). The institute is required to cancel the active pass and revert to EMGS with supporting documents showing that the earlier application has been cancelled.”
My status is stuck in 30% since october and J have tried contacting my institution they told me the issue is from the immegration end and they are contacting them but I have waited for few months already.

  Hi,
  
  Your institute is required to cancel the active record in the Immigration Department’s system. Once the record has been cancelled, the institute is required to submit supporting documents indicating that the record has been cancelled.

    Hi, the problem is that this reference number does not refer to my record. My reference number is different. My institution is contacting the immigration department but they responded that this reference number is not for me.
