Dear EMGS,
My name is Lin Bixin. My passport ID is EF9311585. I have applied for a student pass renewal. The current renewal status is 45% and the expiration date of the student pass is February 6th. The original passport is still on my hand. May I know when I should submit my original passport to IO of my university and come to you for renewal process? Look forward to your prompt response.
