Dear EMGS office, My name is Wang Yan (passport No: EK9325555 The), my student pass renewal application was submitted to the Immigration Department on December 14, 2023.
It has been over 14 working days since the submission, and I noticed that my application status is still at 80%. I am concerned about the delay as it’s crucial for me to have the student pass processed promptly. Please make it faster!
